I waited 3 months before writing this review to make sure my initial impression held up, and it absolutely did. If you're looking for a fair and honest car buying experience you need to call these folks. I made the drive all the way from Illinois and they made every mile worth it. The Newton Ford South team was so down to earth. If they reflect the nature of Tennessee I might even consider moving out of this expensive (communist) state I live in and head to Tennessee. It helps that my oldest son lives in Tennessee.. LOL What really sets Newton Ford South apart is there lifetime warranty on new vehicles which covers engine, transmission, and all lubricated parts. You'll have to ask them about that.

You should never have to get a sales person found from
You should never have to get a sales person found from the break room when no customers are there. I was told two different things about newtons limited life time warranty, I was never shown the paperwork of the coverage. We had to wait for the financing guy to finish his lunch, my wife and I were also hungry and wanted to leave to go get lunch but was told numerous times that he was about ready for us. Lisa was in a hurry to get the deal done before 4pm because that’s when she leaves. She did nothing to make this faster. The truck never went to detail or got fuel. The truck was supposed to be ready for pickup in the morning and surprise it wasn’t, I waited 30 minutes for her to fuel it.
