Purchased a new 2024 Explorer ST today. We wanted a specific color and package, for the 2024 model there were very few left. We found one online, and spoke to Ian over the phone to set up a time to test drive. He even sent a video of the car. Once at the dealership, we found the entire process to be smooth.
