We went in to shop for a truck and worked with Ian, he was very helpful and created an enjoyable experience. If a question was asked that he wasn’t sure of, he made sure to find someone who knew the answer which was very helpful and appreciated. When we asked for moments to talk alone there were no issues and were given the privacy we asked for. We never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle and ended up leaving with a new truck. I was happy to hear Newton offers free pick up and delivery for servicing. I wanted a few things checked out and an oil and filter change, etc. Everything went smoothly and they provided exceptional value in servicing my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and professional. We had a very good experience buying a Bronco from Alex and Juan. They were extremely helpful and made the entire process a pleasure. The Sales Manager, Chase Carter, was rude and insulting during the Financing Process.
The Service agent, Belinda, is so courteous and friendly. The list of maintenance items recommended at a previous oil change, were performed with excellence, and a back camera issue was fixed. But an additional ABS dash light issue was not addressed even though it was requested when the appointment was made on the phone. Our son had wanted all issues taken care of so that he could pay for it and be sure that we had a reliable vehicle.
This is a very good dealership ; I have a wonderful woman sales person ,and she gets to the bottom of things and helps alot with decisions. The service dept had a rough time with our battery fob and finally they got it right so they redeemed themselves.
