Recently bought a used Chevrolet Tahoe through Jay Vaughn at Newton Ford. He made it easy. He was not pushy in anyway, and was great to work with. He and his sales manager really helped get us in something we love that fit our budget better than what we initially had in mind as well as offer us a fair value for our trade in. I have bought two vehicles from Newton ford and have had several friends and family members use this dealership. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a good honest dealership. I have ordered parts from them through their service department as well in the past, and they are fair on price and quick to arrive.

You should never have to get a sales person found from
You should never have to get a sales person found from the break room when no customers are there. I was told two different things about newtons limited life time warranty, I was never shown the paperwork of the coverage. We had to wait for the financing guy to finish his lunch, my wife and I were also hungry and wanted to leave to go get lunch but was told numerous times that he was about ready for us. Lisa was in a hurry to get the deal done before 4pm because that’s when she leaves. She did nothing to make this faster. The truck never went to detail or got fuel. The truck was supposed to be ready for pickup in the morning and surprise it wasn’t, I waited 30 minutes for her to fuel it.
